Start a repair.

Tell us what you have and what it's doing. We'll review it, issue a repair order number, and send you packing and shipping instructions. It stays in Canada the whole way.

Please don't ship anything yet. This is an inquiry. Wait until we've contacted you and issued a repair order (RO) number. An unannounced box can arrive with the wrong paperwork and a customs bill attached.

What's wrong

A good description saves you money
  • What it does: static, buzzing, dropouts, no audio, won't power up, intermittent
  • Where it happens: at the connector, the headphone jack, the LCD, only when moved
  • What caused it: dropped, water, crushed, or simply stopped working

Describing gear as just "broken" adds bench hours, and hours are what you pay for. A minute here can take real cost off the estimate.

Timing & delivery

Most repairs run 5 to 10 business days.* If your date is tight, a rush option may be available, we'll tell you when we quote.
Renting the gear, or a production is paying? Tell us who approves the estimate and the invoice.
We'll reply by phone or email, usually the same or next business day.
● Request received

Got it. Don't ship yet.

Thanks, we have your details. Someone from the shop will be in touch, usually within one business day, to confirm the fault and give you an estimate.

What happens next:

  1. We review what you sent and call or email you.
  2. We issue your repair order (RO) number and packing instructions.
  3. Then, and only then, you ship it, RO number on the box.
