Why in Canada

The border is the hidden cost.

Ship a receiver to a US service centre and the delay, the customs documentation and the brokerage charges are often worth more than the fault you are fixing. Get the paperwork wrong and you are taxed as though importing a new unit.

We are the domestic option. Your gear stays in the country, and the whole cross-border problem simply never starts.

No border, no customs, no duty exposure, no brokerage fees.
Canadian spectrum

Some of your wireless is now illegal to use. We fix that.

Since 2018, low-power wireless in the 600 MHz band cannot be operated, sold, leased or even loaned in Canada, whatever condition it is in. Affected gear is stranded, and re-blocking to legal bands is the way back.

We publish the reference no one else does: which US blocks are legal here, which units can be re-blocked, and who is even eligible to license them.

For manufacturers

Your Canadian operation, without the subsidiary.

Canada is too big to ignore and too small to justify standing up your own office. We are the third option: in-country service, dealer support and market development, at a fraction of the fixed cost.

  • 01Warranty administration & depot repair: claims, parts stocking and factory-spec service under one roof.
  • 02Dealer & end-user support: technical support and training for your Canadian channel.
  • 03Market development: building the dealer relationships and demand, not just fixing what breaks.
  • 04Regulatory fluency: ISED certification, cross-border logistics, HST and producer-responsibility exposure, handled.
